‘Friends of Mokolodi’ (FOM) is the Mokolodi Nature Reserve’s own membership programme aimed at local and/or regular visitors to the Reserve. ‘Friends of Mokolodi’ offers a range of affordable membership options to suit individuals, families, and companies, and allows members to make use of many of the Reserve’s facilities and offers a variety of benefits and discounts.

Benefits

• Enjoy free, unlimited entry to the Nature Reserve during normal operating hours
• Receive a 20% discount on chalets and campsites (excluding Fridays, Saturdays and Public Holidays)
• 20% Discount on all Nature Reserve tourism activities (excluding Bush Braais and specials)
• 10% Discount off meals at the Mokolodi Tea Garden
• Corporate: 15% Discount on standard Conference package at the BOMA and World’s View conference centres (Excludes functions, weddings and extras not included in the standard conference package. Excludes all additional beverages and bar services).
• Free access and use of the Reserve’s cycle tracks (Terms and Conditions apply)
• Receive special offers and exclusive invitations to Friends of Mokolodi activities and events.

Membership Rates

Our Friends of Mokolodi Programme includes regular email communications, updating members on conservation and environmental issues within the Reserve, upcoming events, functions, and accommodation specials.

Individual

• Individual membership.
• BWP 700.00 per annum

Family

• Family membership (two adults and up to three dependents under 20)
• BWP 1300.00 per annum

Corporate

• Corporate membership: A total of four executive cardholders per membership. Additional cards are available at BWP 700.00 per holder / member. Along with the standard Friends of Mokolodi benefits, corporate members also receive discount offers on conferencing facilities.
• BWP 5 000.00 per annum

Friends of Mokolodi Members’ Guests

• Self-drives: Each adult FOM member (20 years and above) is entitled to bring one guest free of charge within the same vehicle. For additional vehicles, please note that the daily vehicle fee applies, as well as a per person entry fee of P150.00
• Cycling: FOM members have access to cycle in the Reserve for free any day from 06h00 to 18h00. Non-members are required to pay the daily cycling fee of P150.00. Terms and Conditions apply.
